We currently have an opening at our San Diego Internet Headquarters for a
CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST (PERSONAL STYLIST).

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume of order processing (manual and electronic)
• Coordinate order specifications with our retail stores, sales managers and support teams - including direct customer communication when required
• Manage high volume of calls to coordinate shipments and delivery
• Coordinates credits for returns, billing corrections and mis-shipments
• Maintain detailed records for each customer to ensure the perfect transaction and on time delivery
• Review transactions for accuracy prior to invoicing/shipping

To Be Successful You Will Need The Following:
• Experience in customer service (communicating with customers via telephone and email)
• Computer savvy (Experience in Photoshop preferred, but not required)
• Independent worker who can work as a part of a team
• Ability to look at a process/issue and understand how each action affects the organization
• Extremely organized with attention to detail
• Have proven follow-up skills
• Good judgment to escalate issues within organization
• Bilingual a plus but not necessary
• WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are seeking full-time employees from the San Diego area who can work Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and some weekends. We offer hourly wages, health and dental benefits and a generous employee discount.
